I’m actually in physical therapy for an injury and my doctor wanted me to get some exercise bands so when I saw this set I ordered it right away because it has items in it I needed to get but at a great deal. This would have cost me a lot had I ordered each item I needed separately. I feel like most of the items in this set are useful. The items I don’t think I’ll use I can use as stocking stuffers or regift. This is a great set overall and the value and quality are great. I’m pleasantly surprised by this set.
